摘　　要：大学生全面发展是思想政治理论课的教育目标,思想政治理论课遵循"知识—能力—素质"的教育规律,通过第一课堂和第二课堂结合的路径促进大学生全面发展,大学生全面发展也必然成为思想政治理论课评估的价值取向。在当前思想政治理论课面临国内外新形势下日益明显的大学生全面发展要求时,思想政治理论课评估要强化大学生全面发展的评估取向,从教学工作部门、教学队伍、教学过程以及教学对象等方面寻求相应的评估对策。The overall development of college students is the goal and value orientation of ideological and political theory course which aims at this purpose by following the educational law of knowledge,ability,and qualities and combining the approaches of the first class and the second class.Under the present situations at home and abroad,the overall development of college students is becoming increasingly pressing.The appraisement of this course should strengthen the orientation of college students’ overall development.Appraising tactics should be sought from various aspects including teaching sectors,teachers,teaching process and teaching targets.
