摘  要:由于六价铬的剧毒性和可能存在的致癌因素,为了减少有毒废水的排放,保护生态环境,开发实用性强、环境友好型铝合金无铬化学转化膜将是化学转化工艺发展的方向。综述了几类铝合金无铬化学转化膜,包括锆钛类化学转化膜、稀土金属盐类化学转化膜、有机酸类化学转化膜、钴盐类化学转化膜、钼酸盐类化学转化膜、锰酸盐类化学转化膜、云母石类化学转化膜并详细阐述了各类工艺的特点及发展现状。Due to the severe toxicity of Cr^6+ and some factors that it may cause cancer, it will be the developing direction for chemical conversion technology to exploit strong practicable and environmental friendly chrome-free chemical conversion film on aluminum alloy in order to reduce emission of toxic water and protect the ecological environment. This text has summed up many kinds of aluminum alloy not containing Cr chemical conversion coatings, including zirconate titanates conversion coatings, rare earth metals salts C^version coatings, organic acids conversion coatings, cobalt salts conversion coatings, molybdates conversion coatings, manganate salt conversion coatings, and mica stones conversion coatings. What's more, it also expounds the features of those technologies and their present development states with detail.
