摘　　要：某公司煤气化装置自2006年12月建成投产后变换系统设备,管道就多次发生焊接接头开裂。通过对2009年某发生开裂的奥氏体不锈钢管段进行失效分析,对开裂部位进行取样观察和试验研究,结果表明:管道焊接接头的敏化区发生了沿晶开裂。The coal -gasification plant is built in Dec. 2006, and several cracks have been found on the weld joint in operation. By way of failure analysis the research was made for the cracking on the pipe weld joint of the plant in 2009, and result shows that intercrystal cracks take place on the sensitized zone of the joint made from austenitic stainless steel.
