摘　　要：俄罗斯MAK-Ⅱ、SGDT测井系统测得的评价水泥胶结及充填状况原始数据采用其系统本身自带的测井解释软件专用识别记录格式,其他解释系统均无法直接利用其原始测井数据进行资料解释评价。在详细分析说明MAK-Ⅱ、SGDT原始测井数据记录格式的基础上,在C#语言环境下,采用动态链接库(DLL)模块开发模式编写了数据格式转换程序,实现了MAK-Ⅱ、SGDT测井数据到WIS格式文件的转换功能。利用Forward系统对生成的WIS文件进行解编和绘图,结果表明格式转换完全正确。Russia MAK-Ⅱ and SGDT logging system can fully estimate the cement bonding and filling conditions, but its original logging data uses special recording format and only can be identified by its own logging interpretation software, the other interpretation systems are unable to be directly used for the original logging data processing. As a result, it has brought great difficulties to use logging data directly. In this paper, based on elaborating original logging data format of Russian MAK-Ⅱ and SGDT, in C# language environment, data format transformation program is written by adopting dynamic linked library（DLL）mode and achieves data transformation function from logging data of MAK- Ⅱ and SGDT to WIS format. In Forward interpretation system, WIS file decompiles and logging curves are drawn, the results of which show that the format transformation is entirely correct.
