改革开放以来湖南省城镇居民消费行为实证研究

摘　　要：改革开放以来,收入的增长始终是影响湖南省城镇居民消费增长的重要因素;在不同的时期,由于面临不同的消费环境,湖南省城镇居民选择了不同的消费行为模式.改革开放初期,湖南省城镇居民的消费行为对一些常规的影响因素比较敏感;20世纪90年代中期以来,湖南省城镇居民的消费行为主要受到收入和未来不确定性的影响.应着力提高城镇居民的收入水平并稳定城镇居民对未来收入增长的预期,建立健全适应社会主义市场经济的社会保障制度,全面推动消费金融的发展,以此促进湖南省城镇居民消费的快速增长.Since the reform and opening up of China,income growth has become an important factor influencing the consumption growth of Hunan urban residents.In different periods,urban residents in Hunan have faced different consumption environment and chosen different consumption patterns.At the beginning of the reform and opening up,urban residents＇consumption behaviors were sensitive to some regular factors,and since the mid 1990s,the consumption behaviors have mainly been influenced by their income and future uncertainties.Efforts should be made to improve the urban residents＇income,to stabilize future income growth expectations,to establish and improve the social security system in accordance with the socialist market economy,to promote consumer financial development in an all-round way,and then to increase the consumption of Hunan urban residents rapidly.
