循证护理在糖尿病患者血糖监测管理中的作用

摘　　要：目的通过对糖尿病患者血糖监测的循证护理,采取有效的干预措施,提高患者血糖监测的依从性。方法选择68例未遵照医嘱监测血糖的糖尿病患者进行问卷调查和评价,应用循证护理的方法加以具体指导,制订干预措施。结果 68例患者经过有效的循证护理干预,血糖监测依从性明显提高。结论循证护理能根据患者的实际情况,结合护理人员的个人技能和临床经验采取最佳的护理措施,可有效提高患者血糖监测依性从,改善生存质量。Objective Through the blood glucose monitoring of patients with diabetes,and adopt effective evidence-based nursing intervention measures,improve patient blood glucose monitoring compliance.Methods Extraction of 68 cases not follow the doctor＇s order monitor blood glucose diabetes,questionnaire survey and evaluation method of application of evidence-based nursing instruction,formulate concrete interventions.Results 68 patients through effective evidence-based nursing intervention,glucose monitor compliance increased significantly.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can according to the actual situation of patients,combined with the nursing staff personal skills and clinical experience take best nursing measures can effectively improve the blood glucose monitoring patients in sex,and improve the living quality from.
