摘　　要：介绍ISO14000系列标准颁布以来,ISO14001认证的最新进展,分析了ISO14000在我国实施的困难及对外经贸的影响,并提出了对策.This aricde introduces the newly progress of ISO14001 since the series standards of ISO14000were issued. And the article also analyese the influence of ISO140000 to the for-eign trade in China,and raises its counterneasures.
