重轨端部热处理缺陷白线层的研究及分析

摘　　要：针对武汉钢铁集团公司生产的U71Mn重轨端部横截面出现白线层的现象,采用不同冷却工艺的热处理实验研究,应用扫描电镜和金相显微镜对其试样进行了观察与分析.结果表明,白线层缺陷是由于加热时间过长或冷却速度过快,出现贝氏体组织所致.鉴此,提出了改进措施.White line layers occurred in the cross section of the heat treated end of U71Mn heavy rail produced by Wuhan Iron and Steel Group Co..To solve the problem,metallography and SEM were employed to characterize the defect using a large number of specimen heat treated with different cooling rates.It was shown that the white line layer was caused by bainitic microstructure resulting from over-heating or fast cooling.Precautions against the defect were then proposed.
