摘　　要：韶钢7号高炉喷涂造衬并成功复产后,面对原燃料质量下滑的现状,利用喷涂造衬后形成的合理的操作炉型,针对内外部条件的变化采取一系列有针对性的措施,取得了比较理想的生产技术经济指标,并有效地降低了生铁成本.After spray-lining and resuming operation,the No. 7 BF still faced problems due to the deteriorated raw materials and fuels. The problems were then solved by making use of the beneficial furnace hearth brought about by the spray-lining, and taking a series of measures against the changes of the internal and external conditions of the furnace. Good technical and economical benefits were thus gained with the furnace, and the iron cost was effectively cut down.
