摘　　要：分析了麻点形成的各种原因,找出了影响钢板麻点的因素,针对不同原因形成的麻点提出了有效的预防和补救措施.研究表明只要加热工艺合理,轧制规程合理并严格执行,高压水除鳞系统运行正常,热处理方式选择正确,生产管理到位,产品的储存运输条件满足要求,中厚板表面麻点是可以预防甚至杜绝的.The causes of the pitting occurring on medium plate are analyzed,the factors affecting the pitting searched out, and effective preventive measures against the pitting proposed in the article. The results show that the pitting on the medium steel plate can be prevented or eliminated by proper heating, rolling and heat treatment of the plate, properly operating the high-pressure water descaling system, strengthening production management, and correctively implementing the product storage and transportation procedures.
