美国大国崛起及其对金砖四国的启示

摘　　要：美国是1776年独立出来的荒原殖民地,在不到一个世纪的时间内迅速崛起,并在后崛起阶段持续走强,美国崛起和国运昌盛的秘密何在?对于"金砖四国"等发展中大国的赶超和崛起有何借鉴意义?笔者认为,尽管19世纪美国大国崛起具有不可复制的个性化特点,但还是可以从中寻找一些规律性的特征,并给21世纪金砖四国的崛起提供有益启示。Independent since 1776, the U.S. has developed from a colonized wasteland into a great power and maintained its rising tendency within less than a century, what are the secrets of its rising and prosperity and what can be learned in developing the economy of BRICs？ The paper holds that although the rising of the U.S. in the 19th century cannot be duplicated, we can find certain traits which will shed a light on the rising of BRICs,
