烟草凝集物对家兔胚泡乳酸脱氢酶及过氧化脂质的影响

摘　　要：为探讨吸烟对胚泡发育的影响，观察了烟草凝集物（ＣＳＣ）对孕７天兔胚泡的过氧化脂质（ＬＰＯ）和乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）的影响。结果表明，体外培养４ｈ时ＬＰＯ水平比２ｈ显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０５），４ｈＬＤＨ与２ｈＬＤＨ相比差异不显著。ＬＤＨ活力与ＣＳＣ剂量不相关，但ＬＰＯ有随ＣＳＣ剂量增加而上升的趋势，其ｒ值接近Ｐ＝０．０５的显著性水平。提示ＣＳＣ有促进脂质过氧化反应的趋势。To study the effects of smoking on the development of blastocysts,the activities of lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) and the levels of lipid peroxides(LPO) in blastocysts of 7daypregnancy age rabbits exposed to cigarette smoking condensate (CSC) were determined in vitroThe results showed that the levels of LPO increased significantly in the blastocysts exposed to CSC for 4 hours compared with those for 2 hoursThe activities of LDH revealed no significant variances when the blastocysts were exposed to CSC for 2 hours and 4 hoursThe activities of LDH presented no significant correlation with the exposure levels of CSCWhile,there was a tendency that the levels of LPO increased with the the increase of CSC,their r value approach to the significant level of P=005It indicated that there was a tendency that CSC could accelerate the lipid peroxidation in blastocysts
