东北地区固定资产投资经济效应实证分析

摘　　要：基于近30年的发展历程,重点揭示了东北地区投资与经济发展关系的内在规律,通过构建自回归分布滞后模型和泛柯布-道格拉斯生产函数模型,对投资的经济效应进行了量化分析。结果表明,东北地区具有高投资率和低投资弹性的特征,未来扩大投资具有较大的经济效应空间。对分析结果从工业化发展阶段、投资结构和区域投资效应的差异性三方面进行阐释,为东北地区今后的投资方向提供参考。The relationship between investment and economy has always been concerned by the economists and geographers. The main focus of studying the relationship between investment and economy for geography is the inherent laws of evolution between investment and economic growth,and geography makes an analysis from the perspective of quantitative and qualitative by combining geographical features and the process of industrialization. Based on the development history of nearly 30 years, the internal laws of the relationship between investment and economic development of the northeast region could be revealed, and quantitative analysis to the economic effects of investment was made. The results show that the northeast region has the characteristics of high investment rate and low investment flexibility. And also an explain to the analytical results was made from the aspects of investment structure,the regional investment effect and the development stage of industrialization,which could provide reference for the northeast region＇s future direction of investment .
