摘　　要：为探讨飞行环境对飞行员免疫功能的影响，采用流式细胞仪技术对７８名飞行员和９名地勤人员外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群进行测定。结果表明飞行员辅助性Ｔ淋巴细胞水平显著低于地勤人员（Ｐ＜０．０５），尤其是轰炸机和运输机飞行员（Ｐ＜０．０１），笔者认为这与空中的电离辐射有关。To study the effects of aviation environment on the immune function of pilots,the levels of Tlymphocytes subsets in peripheral blood of 78 male pilots (3660 years old) and 9 male ground crews(3677 years old)were determined using flow cytometryThe results showed that the levels of helper Tlymphocytes for pilots significantly decreased compared with those of ground crews,especially for trasporter and bomber pilotsIt was suggested that these results associated with ionizing radiation in high altitude
