摘　　要：采用环境流行病学调查方法，以污染严重的黄河支流蟒河沿岸居民作为研究对象，以蟒河武陟段为污染区及与之相距１０ｋｍ的９个村庄为对照区对居民健康进行了调查研究。结果表明：虽然蟒河近岸区居民总死亡率与对照区无差异，但恶性肿瘤死亡率高于对照区，进一步对两区居民外周血淋巴细胞微核进行了测定，结果与恶性肿瘤的死亡率相吻合；近岸区居民免疫功能、神经行为功能、儿童生长发育均劣于对照区。该研究结果提示，蟒河的污染造成了沿岸居民健康损害。An environmental epidemiological survey on the health condition for the residents living along the Manghe River, a polluted branch of Huanghe River,was carried out in this studyWushe district was selected as polluted area,and 9 villages 10 km far away from it as control areaThe results showed that there were no significant differences in total mortality rate between polluted area and control areaThe death rate of malignant tumor for residents in polluted area was higher than that in control area.In addition the micronucleus rate of peripheral blood lymphocytes was examined in residents living in mentioned above 2 areasThe results of micronucleus rates were corresponding with the cancer mortality.The levels of indicators for immunlogical functios,neurobehavioral function and children's growth and development in polluted area were lower than those in control areaIt suggested that the pollution of Manghe River had affected the health for the residents living along it
