摘 要:制备添加Al2O3的(1-y)Ce0.8La0.2O1.9+yAl2O3(y=0、0.005、0.01、0.02、0.03、0.05、0.07、0.1)电解质材料.考察Al2O3的添加对La3+单掺杂CeO2电解质材料烧结性能、热膨胀、离子电导率和抗弯强度的影响.结果表明:Al2O3能促进Ce0.8La0.2O1.9的烧结;当Al2O3的摩尔分数大于0.02时,出现了第二相LaAlO3;Al2O3的添加能提高Ce0.8La0.2O1.9的离子电导率,当Al2O3的摩尔分数为0.005时,试样的离子电导率达到最大值;Al2O3的添加能有效提高Ce0.8La0.2O1.9的抗弯强度,抗弯强度随着Al2O3添加量的增加而增大;所有试样的热膨胀系数为(12.28~12.55)×10-6K-1.The(1-y)Ce0.8La0.2O1.9+yAl2O3(y=0,0.005,0.01,0.02,0.03,0.05,0.07,0.1) electrolyte materials were prepared.The effect of Al2O3 addition on the sinterability,thermal expansion,ionic conductivity,and flexural strength of La3+-doped ceria was investigated.Results showed that Al2O3 promoted the sinterability of Ce0.8La0.2O1.9.And a second phase LaAlO3 was detected in the samples when the molar ratio of Al2O3 was more than 0.02.Moreover,the ionic conductivity of samples increased with the molar ratio of Al2O3 up to a maximum at 0.005.In addition,Al2O3 enhanced the flexural strength of as-sintered Ce0.8La0.2O1.9 and the flexural strength increased with increasing Al2O3 content.The thermal expansion coefficients of all samples were in the range of(12.28-12.55)×10-6 K-1.
