摘 要:目的研究橡胶沥青混凝土路面设计参数,并分析各参数之间的相关关系,为路面设计提供参考.方法基于橡胶沥青混凝土的基本理论,结合实际材料情况选用适当的级配和最佳油石比制成试件.通过沥青混合料的单轴压缩试验实测出橡胶沥青混合料的抗压回弹模量,通过沥青混合料的劈裂强度试验实测出橡胶沥青混合料的劈裂强度.结果试验得到橡胶沥青混凝土面层材料设计参数代表值;得到15℃时橡胶沥青混凝土的劈裂强度与同温度下抗压回弹模量之间的对应系数取值为1.36‰,同时确定其20℃与15℃抗压回弹模量值相关系数取值0.85.结论橡胶沥青混凝土20℃抗压回弹模量范围为1 041~1 138 MPa,15℃抗压回弹模量范围为1 192~1 467 MPa,15℃劈裂强度范围为1.60~1.92 MPa.通过试验研究,发现橡胶沥青混凝土抗压回弹模量较普通沥青混凝土低;而劈裂强度较普通沥青混凝土高.For the purpose of providing a reference for road design,the pavement design parameters of asphalt rubber concrete and the relationship among them are studied in this paper.Based on the basic theory of rubber asphalt concrete,test specimens are made up of materials with its proper gradation and the optimum asphalt ratio.Compression modulus of asphalt rubber hot mixture is tested by the uniaxial compression test,and the splitting strength is measured by the splitting strength test.Pavement design parameters of rubber asphalt concrete pavement are determined and the relationship among them is researched.The ratio between the splitting strength and the modulus of resilience of rubber asphalt concrete in 15 ℃ is 1.36‰,and the ratio between the modulus of resilience in both 20 ℃ and 15 ℃ is 0.85.The rubber asphalt concrete resistant to compression modulus of resilience scope is 1 041-1 138 MPa in 20 ℃ and 1 192-1 467 MPa in 15 ℃.The splitting strength scope is 1.60-1.92 MPa in 15 ℃.Through the experimental study,it is found that the rubber asphalt concrete resistant to compression modulus of resilience is lower than that of the ordinary asphalt concrete.How-ever,the splitting strength is higher than that of the ordinary asphalt concrete.
