摘 要:目的为获得具有高介电常数、低损耗、同时具有较高力学性能和可加工性能的介电材料.方法以纳米钛酸钡与环氧树脂进行复合,制备纳米钛酸钡/环氧树脂复合材料.通过使用KH550,KH560硅烷偶联剂对纳米钛酸钡进行表面处理,测试纳米钛酸钡/环氧树脂复合材料的介电性能和力学性能,比较偶联剂对复合材料介电性能、热性能及力学性能的影响.结果使用纳米BaTiO3与环氧树脂制备复合材料,不仅可增加体系的介电常数,还可提高热稳定性,增加冲击韧性.KH550改性后的复合材料介电常数明显提高,达到了35.1,介质损耗有所降低;KH560改性后的复合材料在介电常数有所提高的同时介电损耗也增加了.结论采用KH550硅烷偶联剂处理后的复合材料具有最佳的介电性能及力学性能.In order to get a new kind of dielectric materials with the properties of high dielectric constant,low loss tangent,good mechanical strength process ability,the polymer-matrix composites of epoxy resin(EP) and nano-barium titanate(BT) were prepared.Two coupling agents,KH550 and KH560,were selected to treat the nano-barium titanate separately.The dielectric properties and mechanical properties of the composites were tested.The influence of two coupling agents on the dielectric,thermal and mechanical property was compared.It showed that the nano-BT/EP composite had high dielectric constant and good thermal stability and increased impact toughness compared with the epoxy resin.The composite which used the nano-BT powder treated by KH550 coupling agent had good dielectric property as well as good mechanical properties.The dielectric constant of the composite was 35.1 and the loss tangent decreased.The KH560 coupling agent also could help to in-crease the dielectric constant of the composite,but the loss tangent of the composite increased as well.The composite treated by KH550 has better dielectric property and mechanical property.
