摘 要:目的对住宅小区夏季有水系和无水系时的热湿环境进行对比分析,研究水系对住宅小区热湿环境的影响.方法建立沈阳某住宅小区的数学模型,利用Airpak软件进行数值模拟,对比分析有无水系情况下,夏季住宅小区人行高度1.5 m处的温度、相对湿度(RH)、预测平均评价(Predicted Mean Vote-PMV)与不满意百分比(Predicted Percentage Dissatisfied-PPD)以及平均空气龄(MAA)的分布.结果与无水系小区的热湿环境相比,有水系的小区内人行高度1.5 m处空气温度降低1.1℃,相对湿度增加5%,相应的预测平均评价与不满意百分比降低0.3和10%,而平均空气龄(MAA)基本上没有变化.结论水系对小区热湿环境的影响不应忽视,水系的存在可以从温度、相对湿度和PMV-PPD等方面提高小区热舒适性.Based on software Airpak,a mathematical model of a residential neighborhood in Shenyang was built to analyze the thermal environment of the area in summer.A series of results at pedestrian level of 1.5 meters with and without river system were obtained,such as temperature field,relative humidity(RH) field,Predicted Mean Vote and Predicted Percent Dissatisfied(PMV-PPD) as well as Mean Age of Air(MAA).The simulation results showed that with the river system at pedestrian level of 1.5 meters in the residential neighborhood,the average temperature reduced about 1.1 ℃,and the relative humidity increased about 5%,and also correspondingly the value of PPD-PMV decreased about 0.3 and 10% respectively,while the MAA was almost the same.All the simulation results illustrated that the river system's affection on the thermal environment of residential neighborhood should not be neglected,and the residential thermal comfort was improved by river system from temperature,relative humidity and PMV-PPD aspects.
