摘 要:目的研究住宅厨房产生的空气污染物的含量及其对室内空气品质和人体健康的危害,并提出控制污染扩散的措施.方法对冬季沈阳地区有代表性住宅户型厨房内的污染物,包括CO、CO2、NO2、SO2、HCHO及可吸入颗粒物的质量浓度采用QQS-08B非分散红外吸收法、仪器法、TH-110B大气采样器等方法进行测试分析.结果室内CO、SO2、TVOC、菌落总数的质量浓度均符合室内空气质量卫生标准,而CO2的体积分数超标10%~130%,HCHO值超标17%~200%,NO2质量浓度超标最高达到40%.结论厨房燃油时是否开启门窗对室内污染物的扩散有极大影响,治理厨房空气污染应从污染源控制,加强通风空气净化,改变不健康生活习惯入手,采取综合措施使厨房乃至整个居室有一个良好的空气环境.In order to study concentrations of air pollutants generated in residential kitchens and its harm to human health,and to propose feasible measures to control the pollutant dispersion,a non-dispersive infrared absorption apparatus and an air sampler are utilized in this paper to measure the concentrations of pollutants such as CO,CO2,NO2,SO2,and HCHO,which exists in a typical kitchen unit in Shenyang in winter.The results show that the concentrations of CO,SO2,TVOC,and colony count can well meet the indoor air quality health standards,however the volume fraction of CO2,exceed the standard by 10% ~ 130%,mass concentration HCHO and NO2 exceeded the standards by 17% ~ 200% and 40% respectively.We find that the opening/closing states of windows and doors in a kitchen during cooking play an important role in affecting the spread of indoor pollutants.Therefore,a good air environment can be obtained in the kitchen and even the whole room by controlling pollution sources,enhancing air purification,and changing unhealthy habits.
