摘 要:目的实现模拟生活污水短程硝化系统的启动并使系统稳定运行.方法在温度为(28±1)℃,pH为8.0左右的情况下,采用低氧连续曝气的运行方式在SBR反应器中进行启动,起初控制曝气量为80~90 L/h,每个周期曝气时间为330 min,并根据反应情况对曝气量随时进行调整.结果经过39个周期的运行,曝气结束后NO2--N积累率高达94.13%,NH4+-N去除率可达92.7%,成功地实现了系统的启动,随后对曝气量不断进行调整,在第81周期后进行一次排泥,并不断增加NH4+-N质量浓度,在第131周期后系统便稳定运行,具有良好的NO 2--N积累能力.结论试验结果表明适当调整曝气量,可在短时间内启动短程硝化,但只通过调整曝气量并不能保证系统的稳定运行,然而通过排泥和逐渐增加NH4+-N浓度的方式在定时曝气的条件下能使系统稳定.The purpose of this paper is to obtain a start-up of short-cut nitrification systems fed with simulated domestic wastewater at low aeration rates,and to keep the system operation stable.Under the conditions of a temperature of (28 ±1) ℃ and a pH value of 8.0,the initial aeration rate and aeration time were controlled to be 80 ~90L/h and 330 min respectively,and the aeration rate was adjusted appropriately in the whole process of reactions.The start-up of our system can be achieved after 39 cycles,and the NO 2^--N accumulation and the NH 4^+-N removal efficiency reached 94.13% and 92.7% respectively.Thereafter,we discharged the sludge after 81 cycles and gradually increased the NH 4^+-N concentration.After 131 cycles,the short-cut nitrification system became stable and exhibited a high capability of NO 2^--N accumulation.The results indicate that the start-up can be achieved rapidly by only adjusting the aeration rate,but sacrificing the stability of system.A stable system can be obtained by controlling aeration time,discharging sludge,and increasing NH 4^+-N concentration.
