摘 要:目的某客车制造企业的涂装车间是典型混合流水车间,要求在确保满足交货期的前提下,对其生产运行进行高效的管理,提高生产效率.方法采用倒排产方法进行计划排产.通过分析涂装车间中多遍彩条工序的工作过程和工位设置情况,确定具有可重入式制造系统特点的工序和工位.在基本倒排产算法基础上,增加系统联动和循环排产功能.结合企业实际给出可重入倒排产工作过程,对可重入倒排产的执行步骤和设计要点进行了详细阐述.结果该增强倒排产算法适用于涂装车间彩条的可重入工序,是对基本倒排产算法的有效改进.结论解决了涂装车间的多遍彩条工序排产问题.通过在实际工程中的应用,验证了该排产方法的可行性.In order to improve the production efficiency in a painting workshop which is a classic hybrid flow shop in a bus manufacture enterprise,an efficient management should be taken to the production on the premise of satisfying the due date.A method called back scheduling is used to make scheduling.Through analyzing both working process and work station setting of many color stripped procedures in the painting workshop,the work procedure and station with characteristics of reentrant manufacturing systems are determined.On the basis of fundamental back scheduling algorithm,system linkage and circular scheduling functions are added.Considering actual situations in the enterprise,a reentrant back scheduling of work processes is given.The imple-mentation steps and design essentials of the re-entrant back scheduling are discussed in details.The enhanced back scheduling algorithm is applicable to the reentrant working procedure of color stripped in painting work-shops,and it is an effective improvement of basic back scheduling algorithm.As a result,the many color stripped procedure scheduling problems in painting workshop are solved,practically proving validity of this theory.
