摘 要:用膜萃取-微捕集/气相色谱-质谱(ME-MT/GC-MS)分析方法,分别测定了环境地表水、工厂排污水、饮用水和汽油等样品中痕量苯、甲苯和二甲苯等有机污染物.结果表明,膜萃取-微捕集回收率为89%~99%,相对标准偏差为1.16%~3.60%,采样体积为5μl~2.0ml,研究测定范围为1ng~120ng,最低检出限为0.05ng/g~0.1ng/g.ME-MT/GC-MS分析方法具有采样体积小、样品基体干扰小、无溶剂处理和可在线操作等特点.ME-MT装置具有体积小、重量轻、操作简便、性能稳定可靠和适用性强等特点。In this paper an analytical method of the Membrane ExtractionMicrotrap/Gas ChromatographyMass Spectrometer(MEMT/GCMS)for determination of trace pollutants benzenesubstituted from a small volume of water sample was researched.The experimental results showed that the recoveries of benzene,toluene,m,pxylene and oxylene were 89%99%,and the RSDs of them were 1.16%360%,and the sampling volumes of them were 0.0052.00ml,and the experimental concentrations of them mainly were 0.560g/L,and the low detection limits of them were 0.050.1ng/g.The application results also showed that the MEMT/GCMS method was a very promising,easy to handle,low cost,no solvent required,detection limits at ppt level when a small volume of water sample was analysed and measured.
