云南省公共资本存量的估算及对经济增长的效应分析

摘　　要：考察各种要素在长期经济增长中的作用是经济增长研究的主题之一.在市场经济条件下,公共投资是政府弥补市场失效,向社会提供公共产品的重要经济行为.因此,从实证上检验改革开放以来政府公共投资和积累对地区经济增长的影响程度,对于政府制定长远的公共投资政策具有重要的启示.鉴于此,本文首先采用"永续盘存法"对云南省政府的公共物质资本存量进行了估算.而后,采用状态空间模型建模理论和卡尔曼滤波构造了云南省政府公共物质资本存量与经济增长之间的基于状态空间模型的变参数模型,从而对云南省1978年至2005年的政府公共物质投资和资本存量与经济增长之间的关系进行实证研究.As an important economic behavior,public investment may supply the public products and thus it is closely related to the economic growth.Therefore,it is significant to make an empirical study on the relationship between public physical capital stock given by government and the local economic development.This article uses the Perpetual Inventory Method to estimate public physical capital stock of Yunnan Province.Then,this article researches the relationship between public physical capital stock and economic growth in empirical research method which is based on the economical data of Yunnan Province from 1978 to 2005 and State Space Model Theory and Kalman Filter.Then the article establishes the Time Varying Parameter Model based on State Space Model.
