钙镁橄榄石玻璃陶瓷的制备及力学特性的表征

摘  要:目的:表征和比较钙镁橄榄石陶瓷与羟基磷灰石的力学特性及涂层材料的特点,为牙种植体涂层的替代材料应用提供实验依据.方法:溶-凝胶法制备单晶钙镁橄榄石陶瓷粉体,并将其与羟基磷灰石粉末分别压制烧结成柱块体,测试其热膨胀系数(CTE)、抗弯强度、断裂韧性和杨氏模量.结果:钙镁橄榄石陶瓷和羟基磷灰石陶瓷的抗弯强度分别159.7和157.5Mpa、断裂韧性分别1.63和0.8 MPa.m1/2、杨氏模量分别为51和100Gpa、热膨胀系数为10.76×10-6和13.4×10-6 oC-1.结论:钙镁橄榄石陶瓷各种力学参数中热膨胀系数与Ti-6Al-4V钛合金的更为接近,可替代羟基磷灰石作为Ti-6Al-4V钛合金基更好的涂层材料.Mono-phase ceramics of monticellite(CaMg-SiO4) can be prepared successfully by sintering sol–gel-derived monticellite powder at 1480℃ for 6h and being compressed into cylindrical block.The tests of the mechanical properties and the coefcient of thermal expansion(CTE) of the monticellite ceramics are conducted.The results show that the bending strength of monticellite ceramics(CaMg-SiO4) and HA is 159.7 and 157.5Mpa,the fracture toughness is 1.63 and 0.8 MPa·m^1/2 and Young's modulus is 51 and 100 Gpa,respectively.The CTEs are 10.76×10^-6 and 13.4×10^-6 ℃^-1 respectively.The conclusion was showed that the CTE of monticellite ceramics was to close one of Ti-6Al-4V alloy further.Therefor,the monticellite ceramics is better for the coat materials of Ti-6Al-4V alloy which could be used to substitue for the HA.
