摘 要:讨论了五种密封垫材料(铼、不锈钢T301、金刚石、铍、硼)的优缺点及应用,从纯度、表面光滑度、硬度三方面研究讨论了国内外铍密封垫的差异.研究结果表明,国外的密封垫XRD物象比较纯,硬度为3.3GPa,表面光滑度很好;国内的密封垫中含有少量BeO,硬度为2.1GPa,导致在超高压下国内的铍密封垫不能做高于50GPa的压力实验.In recent years,the development of diamond anvil cell(DAC) radical x-ray diffraction technique has set a higher requirement on the gasket.This paper discusses the advantages,disadvantages and the applications of five gasket material(rhenium,stainless steel T301,diamond,beryllium and boron).From the purity,smoothness,strength,the beryllium gaskets at home and abroad are studied respectively.The result shows that the strength is 3.3GPa abroad and 2.1GPa at home,surface smoothness is good abroad and the image quality of the gaskets abroad is purer while that at home has BeO.These lead to the fact that Be gasket at home is not used in-situ ultrahigh pressure more than 50GPa.
