摘  要:剖析了一种彩色激光打印纸,并对其进行了试制。通过对彩色激光打印纸进行成分分析、电子显微镜观察,得出该纸用杨木漂白硫酸盐浆抄造。借助化学方法、红外光谱法对样纸及其灰分进行分析,得出该彩色打印纸中所加填料为碳酸钙,增强剂为淀粉,施胶方法为AKD中性施胶,并用PAE)作做其增效剂。依据对样纸分析所得出的结果,本文重点研究了以草浆为主,配抄部分商品针叶木浆、红麻全秆化学浆取代杨木浆来制造满足质量要求的新型彩色打印纸。抄纸工艺为:m[漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆(21°SR)]∶m[漂白烧碱苇浆(35°SR)]∶m[漂白硫酸盐红麻全秆浆(65°SR)]=20∶50∶30,CaCO3用量14%,淀粉用量1%,AKD用量0.5%,PAE用量0.8%。The color reaction and microsco The analy that filler agent was laser printing paper was analysed pe observation, paper was presumed sis of ash and the paper extraction by chemical of the paper was calcium AKD in internal sizing pr that the ratio of calcium carbonat and trial to be ma methods -manufactured.
