长吉图开发开放先导区产业间区域合作与发展研究

摘　　要：长吉图产业间区域合作有利于增强我国在图们江区域合作中的产业实力、提升沿边地区的国际合作和对外开放水平以及东北地区国际化产业体系的形成。长吉图产业间区域合作具有良好的内部条件和外部环境。长吉图开发开放先导区产业格局是以提高自主创新能力为支撑,着力构建以现代农业和特色农业为基础,以先进制造业和现代服务业为主体,以战略性新兴产业为引领的产业体系。但东北亚地区的政治、军事形势影响图们江的区域合作。The regional cooperation among the industries in Changchun, Jilin and Tumenjiang （Chang-Ji-Tu） will help increase indus- trial strength, enhance the international cooperation and opening-up degree, and development of northeast international industrial sys- tem. The regional cooperation among the industries in Chang-Ji-Tu has better internal condition and external environment. The leading open zones of Chang-Ji-Tu aim to constructs the industrial system based on increasing capacity for independent innovation, and modern and distinctive agriculture, centered on advanced manufacturing and modern service industry, and guided by strategic newly industry. However, the polities and military situations of Northeast Asia influence regional cooperation of Tumenjiang River.
