摘　　要：改革开放以来,中国吸引了大量的外商直接投资。可是无论从流量还是存量上来衡量,FDI在我国的区域发展都极不均衡。利用1985-2008年我国八大区域的FDI相关数据,分析外商直接投资在我国的区位分布及其演变,运用固定效应模型分析影响FDI在八大区域分布及演变的主要原因,根据模型结果得出结论:影响FDI在区域间选择的主要因素是GDP、实际效率工资水平和对外开放程度。Since China began its reform and opening up in 1978, it has introduced a great number of foreign direct investment （FDI）. But the regional development of FDI in China is greatly unbalanced on the rate of flow and storage. According to the relevant FDI data in the eight major regions from 1985 to 2008 to analyze the location distribution and evolution of FDI in China, this paper employs fixed effect model to research the main reasons affecting the distribution and evolution of FDI in the eight major regions and concludes that the main reasons are GDP, and the level of actual efficiency wages and opening up.
