摘　　要：目的：探讨指导治疗在周围面神经麻痹康复中的作用。方法：分层随机分为指导治疗并物理治疗组55例，单纯物理治疗组55例。治疗结果经u检验，差异有显著性。结果：指导治疗不仅贯穿面神经麻痹康复全过程，而且在治疗中起着很重要的作用。Objective： In order to discuss the effect of directive therapy for peripheral facial paralysis. Methods：Patients were randomly divided into directive therapy combining physical therapy group （55 cases） and simple physical therapy group （55 cases）. Results. Which undertaken u test shows significant difference. Conclusion： It is directive therapy that not only penetrated the whole process of facial paralysis rehabilitation,but also play an important role in treatment.
