摘　　要：目的：总结我院Gamma钉小切口闭合穿钉复位固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的初步经验。方法：40例老年股骨粗隆间骨折均采用小切口闭合穿钉复位固定治疗。（EvansⅠ型21例，Ⅱ型12例，Ⅲ型4例，Ⅳ型3例）。结果：经4～15个月随访，平均9个月，优良率94．8％，疗效满意。结论：使用Gamma钉小切口闭合穿钉复位固定手术，具有手术切口小（约2-3cm），手术时间短（平均为50分钟），出血少，平均为95ml。术后恢复快等优点。Objective：Summarizes my courtyard Gamma nail small margin closed to put on the nail to reposition the fixed treatment old age thighbone thick prosperous between bone fracture the preliminary experience. Methods：40 example old age thighbone thick prosperous between bone fracture uses the small margin closed to put on the nail to reposition the fixed treatment. （Evans Ⅰ 21 examples,Ⅱ12 examples, Ⅲ4 examples, Ⅳ3 examples）. Results：After 4-15 month revisits,average 9 months,fine rate 94.8% ,curative effect satisfaction. Conclusion：Uses the Gamma nail small margin closed to put on the nail to reposition the fixed surgery, has the surgery margin slightly （approximately 2-3cm）,the surgery time short （is equally 50 minutes） , bleeds few,is equally 95ml. After the technique restores and so on the merits quickly.
