摘　　要：小儿脑瘫是一种难治之病,也是我院儿科治疗的主要病种.康复按摩是中西医公认的切实有效的保守治疗方法,经过长时间摸索,我认为应体现：松静温匀缓和连的七字原则,而不能因为患儿肌肉张力高而生拉硬掰,大范围拉拽关节.The young child brain paralysis is one kind difficult to treat sickness, also is the main sickness which my courtyard department of pediatrics treats plants. The recovery massage is the practical effective conservative method of treatment which the doctor practicing western medicine recognizes. Tried to find out after the long time that,I thought should manifest. The loose static temperature relaxes the continually seven character principle uniform, but cannot because of create disaster muscle tensity Gao Er to live pulls breaks off hardly,the wide range pulls entrains the joint.
