摘　　要：急性胰腺炎尤其是重症患者在病情早期出现脑病症状,称为胰性脑病（PE）.近来正逐渐认识到在病情后期甚至在恢复期亦会发生脑病症状,称之为迟发性胰性脑病,其早期确诊困难,易引起严重后果,甚至死亡.The acute pancreatitis in particular critically ill patient has brain illness symptom in the condition early time,is called pancreas brain illness （PE）. Recently was realizing gradually to later period even also can have brain illness symptom in the condition in the recovery period, called it the hangfire pancreas brain illness,its early diagnosis difficulty, easy to lead to the serious results, even died.
