珠三角制造业劳动力成本上升的正负效应分析

摘　　要：近年来,珠三角制造业劳动力成本迅速上升。劳动力成本上升可能对出口、物价、外资和就业方面带来影响,长期来看,这些负面影响都是可以克服的;劳动力成本上升带来的扩大内需、提升劳动力素质、促进产业结构升级和环境保护等正面效应更大。珠三角应该从提高利用外资的质量、促进产业结构升级和发展教育培训特别是职业教育等方面来应对劳动力成本的上升。In recent years, the labor cost of manufacturing in the Pearl River Delta region has being rising quickly. The rising labor cost has negative effects on export, price, foreign capital investment and employment. But in the long term, these negative effects can be overcome. Further, they can bring about the positive effects on the expansion of domestic demand, improvement of labor quality, promoting industrial upgrading and environmental protection. Therefore, it is necessary for businesses to improve the quality of utilizing foreign investment, promote industrial upgrading, and develop training and vocational education to lower the labor costs in the Pearl River Delta.
