摘  要:目的分析浙产竹叶椒茎皮化学成分,为浙产竹叶椒的开发利用提供依据。方法采用气相色谱一质谱联用(GC-MS)法,Nist谱库自动检索。结果通过计算机自动检索,从浙产竹叶椒茎皮中共分离鉴定出16个组分,并用面积归一化法计算出各组分的相对百分含量,其主要成分分别是甲基壬基甲酮(2-Undecanone)31.5835%、乙烯基癸酸(Vinyl decanoate)8.5626%、2一十三烷酮(2-Tridecanone)9.9322%。结论竹叶椒具有较好的开发利用价值,经济效益高。Objective To analyse the chemical constituents of stem bark of Zanthoxylum armatum DC .These studies can provide a scientific basis to exploit and utilize zanthoxylum planispinum. Methods By Ge-ms analysis and Nist spectral library to automatically retrieve.Results The results of GC-MS analysis showed that 16 Chemical constituents are separated and identified from the Stem Bark of Zanthoxylum armatum DC and use area normalization method to calculate the relative percentage content of each component.The main volatile components were include 2-Undecanone (31.5835%);Vinyl decanoate (8.5626%) ;2-Tridecanone (9.9322%).Conclusions For the further development of the medicinal value of Stem Bark of Zanthoxylum armatum DC provide a reference.
