中西医结合治疗产后及盆腹腔术后顽固性尿潴留32例的临床分析

摘　　要：目的讨论中西医结合的方法，治疗产后及盆腔、腹腔手术后的顽固性尿潴留的效果。方法2008年1月-2009年12月我们收治32例产后及盆腔、腹腔手术后顽固性排尿困难，采用中西医结合治疗的方法，观察治疗效果。结果32例顽固性尿潴留经用中西医结合治疗后．其中26例患者在20min~2h内能自行排尿，效果好，占812％，其余6例均在用药4h后方能自行缓慢排尿，服药3d后排尿正常占18．8％。结论顽固性尿潴留原因复杂，采用中西医结合等综合治疗有一定疗效。Objective Discussion of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of dysuria effect. Methods From 2008 to 2009 32 patients dysuria, Using the method of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, We summarize treatment effect. Results Use of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of 32 cases of patients with dysuria, 26 cases of patients effect is good. Conclusion Voiding difficulties is complex, By combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment have certain curative effect.
