胆道取石术后放置T管引流的护理干预探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨胆道取石术后放置T管引流的护理措施。方法对我院64例胆总管结石患者术后放置T管引流进行护理干预。结果64例均成功完成手术，术后均放置腹腔引流管及T管，经合理护理干预，14d内均顺利拔除腹腔引流管，术后14天行T管夹管，16天行T管造影，6周后拔除T管。结论胆道手术T管引流的护理是胆道手术患者康复的重要环节。Objective Discusses nursing measure of the Laparoscopic eholecystectomy the T tube drainage. Methods My courtyard 64 example eholedoch stone patient technique lays aside the T tube drainage to carry on the nursing intervention. Results 64 examples succeed completes the surgery, after the techuique, lay aside the abdominal cavity drainage tube and the T tube, after reasonable nursing intervention, in 14 days smooth wiping out abdominal cavity drainage tube, technique latter 14 day of line of T tube clamp, 16 day of line of T tube radiography, 6 weeks later wipes out the T tube. Conclusion T tube drainage＇s nursing is the important link which the biliary duct surgery patient is restored to health.
