摘　　要：对陕西稻区新发现的水稻赤霉病危害症状进行了描述,对以往偶发而2010年发生较严重的稻管蓟马的形态习性及危害症状作了叙述,并对其防治方法作了简介。The risk symptom of new-found rice scab in rice area of Shaanxi Province was described. And the morphological character and occurrence characteristics of Haplothrips aculeatus were presented. The Haplothrips aculeatus is sporadic insect pest ,but it is serious endanger in 2010. At the same time ,the control measures of the two kinds of disease and insect pest were introduced.
