摘　　要：室外屏风——影壁,是庭院之屏障,也是我国古代建筑独有的建筑元素,它是与大门配套的装饰性、标志性极强的一种砌砖建筑。本文对其所具有的传统吉祥图案形式语言、装饰特点和材料符号进行归纳,通过分析影壁设计产生的背景及其艺术美学特征,描述其表现手法和文化意蕴,概括其独特的艺术风格,分析其外在形式与内在所传达的意义,得出建筑元素影壁所表达的深层寓意,以启示人们重视对传统建筑的研究。The house outside the screen wall is the courtyard of the barrier, but also our unique architectural elements of ancient architecture, which is supporting the decorative gates, signs of a strong brick building. This paper will possess formal language traditional auspicious patterns, decorative features and summarize material symbols and to understand the background of the screen wall design and its aesthetic and artistic features to describe its style and cultural meaning, summarize its unique artistic style analysis .The external form and inner meaning conveyed obtained expressed screen wall construction element of the deep moral, in order to enlighten people to pay attention to the study of traditional architecture
