丹莪妇康煎膏对血瘀型痛经的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察丹莪妇康煎膏对血瘀型痛经的治疗作用。方法:选取60例血瘀型痛经患者,随机分为两组(治疗组和对照组),分别给予丹莪妇康煎膏和痛经宝颗粒,连续应用3个月经周期为一疗程。观察停药三个月后PGF2α、PGE2变化,疼痛状况及临床疗效。结果:丹莪妇康煎膏对血瘀型痛经患者治疗前后两组患者PGF2α、PGE2变化存在显著性差异(P<0.05),同时治疗前后两组之间有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后比治疗前疼痛状况改善明显(P<0.05),并且用药后两组疼痛状况比较也有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组总有效率分别为90.00%和83.33%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:丹莪妇康煎膏能减少痛经期子宫内膜和经血中PGF2α表达,增加PGE2,改善患者的疼痛状况,为临床医生提供用药依据。Objective ： Observes Dan e fu Kang Jiangao to the blood stasis painful menstruation therapeutic action. Methods： Selects 60 example blood stasis painful menstruation patient, divides into two groups stochastically （ the treatment group and the control group, Gives Dan e fu Kang Jiangao and the painful menstruation valuable pellet separately, applies 3 menstrual cycles is a treatment course continuously. The observation stops the medicine three months later PGF2α, PGE2 change, ache condition and clinical curative effect. Result：Dan e fu Kang Jiangao treats the first and last groups patient to the blood stasis painful menstruation patient PGF2α, the PGE2 change existence significance difference （P 〈 0.05 ）, simultaneously treats between the first and last groups to have statistics significance （P 〈 0.05 ）, After the treatment, compared to before treatment ache conditions improve obvious（ P 〈 0.05 ）, And applies drugs the latter two group of ache condition comparison also to have the significance difference（ P 〈 0.05 ） ;Two groups of total effectiveness respectively are 90.00% and 83.33%, two groups of comparisons has the significance difference（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Dan e fu Kang Jiangao can reduce in the painful menstruation time endometrium and the menstruation PGF2ct the expression,increases PGE2,imoroves patiint＇s ache condition,provldes the medication basis for clinician.
