特应性皮炎患者组织液中CCL1的测定

摘　　要：目的:观察特应性皮炎患者皮损区组织液中趋化细胞因子配体1(CCL1)的水平。方法:用CCL1特异性抗体的酶联免疫法分析特应性皮炎患者皮损区组织液(30例)及血清中(15例)CCL1含量,同时检测神经性皮炎湿疹样变皮损区组织液15例及正常健康人血清15例。结果:特应性皮炎组中组织液的CCL1指标显著升高,比特应性皮炎的血清组、神经性皮炎湿疹样变皮损区组织液、正常健康人血清均升高(均为P<0.05)。结论:特应性皮炎患者皮损中组织渗液CCL1的含量高于其它过敏性疾病。Objective ：To observe the level of chemotactic cytokine ligand 1 t, GGL1 ） ru the pahents with atopic clermatitis, Memoas： CCL1 - specific ELISA （ human CCL1 DuoSet ; R＆D Systems） was used to detect the contents of the tissue fluids CCLI in the patients with atopic dermatitis and neurudermatitis. And the contents of serum CCL1 in the patients with atopie dermatitis and normals were also detected. Results ：The contents of the tissue fluids CCL1 in the patients with atopie dermatitis were obviously higher than those of neurodermatitis, serum CCL1 in the patients with atopic dermatitis and normals （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The contents of the tissue fluids CCL1 with atopie dermatitis were higher than other allergic diseases.
