四川省血站成分科人员设备和血液成分制备调查

摘　　要：目的:了解四川省血站成分科的建设和当地临床输血技术水平。方法:调查四川省21家血站成分科的人员、设备和血液成分的制备情况。结果:血站成分科人员主要是初中级卫生技术人员。大容量低温离心机平均2.6台,一半以上血站没有无菌接口机、全自动血液成分分离机、红细胞洗涤机和辐照仪等。血液成分制备主要是红细胞成分、血浆、手工血小板和冷沉淀等,制品量很小,有些血液成分还不能分离制备。结论:四川省血站成分科人员技术水平较低,主要仪器设备缺乏,血液成分的开发和制备不足。Objective ： Understood of their department constructions of blood component separation and local clinical blood transfusion technical level. Methods ： Investigates their staffs, equipments and blood component separation of 21 blood banks in siehuan. Results：There were 106 staffs, mianly is primary and medium technical personnels,the technical level is low. Their equipments were short of seriously, Large capacity low temperature centrifuge average 2.6, A half above blood bank did not have the asepsis cormection machine,the completely automatic blood component separation machine, the red blood cell washer, and radiation machine etc. Their blood component preparation mainly were the red hlood cell components,plasma,and manual platelets ,and the cold precipitation etc. Their product quantities were very small, some blood components still canld not be separated. Condusion：Sichuan blood banks lacked the main equipment seriously, the teclmical level were low, blood component development and preparation were insufficiency.
