浅谈硬质合金轧辊在钢铁轧制技术中的应用

摘　　要：随着钢铁轧制技术的不断发展，对轧辊寿命和性能的要求越来越高，所以，世界各大硬质合金公司研制出了各种硬质合金轧辊，并开发出复合硬质合金专利技术，应用于线材、棒材、无缝钢管及其它小型材（方钢、六角钢、扁钢、角钢等）的生产，并具有良好的可加工性，其寿命是普通铸铁轧辊的20倍以上。With the continuous development of Steel rolling technology, the life and performance of roll have been strong demanded by a lot of Iron and Steel Company. the world＇s major Corporation have developed a variety of hard Carbide alloy rollers, and developed the carbide composite patented technology. The new technology has been used in wire rod, bars, seamless steel tubes and other profiles （square steel, the six angles, flat steel, angle steel, etc.）, and the carbide roll has good proeessability.
