昆明市男男性行为者HIV感染490例分析

摘　　要：目的了解云南省昆明市男男性行为人群中艾滋病感染情况及变化趋势.方法以2007年1月至2008年12月到昆明市疾控中心接受自愿咨询检测的男男性行为者为调查对象,对其人口学与行为相关资料进行分析.结果共有490例男男性行为者进行了HIV检测,年龄以青壮年为主,20～39岁占了73.1%,HIV阳性53例,感染率为10.82%(53/490).52.86%(259/490)为首次进行HIV检测,8.78%(43/490)的求询者得到了转介服务.结论昆明市男男性行为人群HIV感染率持续上升,呈现出爆发流行的态势,应加大在此人群的艾滋病防制的各项干预措施.Objective To find out the situation and tendency of HIV infection among MSM in Kunming（Yunnan Province）.Methods The subjects were MSMs who received HIV Voluntary Counseling and Testing in Kunming Center for Disease Control and Prevention from January 2007 to December 2008.We analyzed the information on their behaviors and information on demography.Results 490 MSMs received HIV tests,among whom those aging from 20 to 39 accounted for 73.1%.The results showed that 53 of them were HIV positive,with the infection rate of 10.82%.259 of them（52.86%）received their first HIV tests.43 of them（8.78%）got referral service.Conclusions HIV infection rate among MSMs in Kunming is rising continuously and this tends to result in epidemic outbreak.Therefore,various measures of intervention among this population become urgent and important.
