摘　　要：目的对教学医院教学档案规范性管理进行探索.方法结合我国高等医学教育事业发展的需要,分析当前教学医院临床教学档案建设的现状和存在的问题,制定相应的对策.结果完善了教学档案管理制度,明确了档案建设内容,对档案资料进行系统、科学的管理.结论及时、完整的收集和整理档案资料是档案规范性建设的保障,教学档案的规范性建设为持续提高教学质量奠定了基础.Objective To study the normative management on teaching archives of teaching hospital.Methods Combined with the needs of high medical education development,we analyzed the current situation and problems of teaching archives management in teaching hospital,and found the suitable countermeasures.Result We improved the manegment systems of teaching archives,established the content of teaching archives,and implemented a systematic and scientific management of teaching archives.Conclusion Timely and completed collection of the relative archives is every important for normative construction of teaching archives,which can lay the foundation for improving teaching quality.
