类风湿关节炎患者血清中肿瘤坏死因子凋亡样微弱诱导剂和凋亡调节蛋白生存素水平的检测和意义

摘　　要：目的 检测类风湿关节炎（RA）患者血清中肿瘤坏死因子样凋亡微弱诱导剂（TWEAK）和凋亡调节蛋白生存素（survivin）的水平,以探讨其在RA中的意义.方法 采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）方法测定61例RA患者和35名健康对照组血清中TWEAK和survivin水平,同时测定RA患者关节功能、X线分期、关节压痛数和肿胀数、红细胞沉降率、类风湿因子、C反应蛋白等各项临床指标,进行相关性分析.结果 RA患者血清中TWEAK水平[（479±381）pg/ml]与健康对照组TWEAK水平[（421±87）pg/ml]差异无统计学意义.RA患者血清中survivin水平[（159±82）pg/ml]比对照组[（119±24）pg/ml]增高（P＜0.05）,且血清gurvivin水平与RA患者关节X线分期呈正相关（r=0.29,P＜0.05）.结论 血清TWEAK水平与RA的关系还需要更深入的研究.Survivin与关节侵蚀性相关,可能成为新的判断病情及治疗的新指标.Objective To measure the serum levels of TWEAK and survivin in rheumatoid arthritis （RA）patients and explore their clinical value. Methods The serum levels of TWEAK and survivin were measured by ELISA methods in 61 patients with RA and 35 healthy controls. The function stage, X-ray stage,and serum levels of ESR, RF and CRP were measured at the same time. Results There was no significant difference between the serum levels of TWEAK in patients with RA[（479±381）pg/ml]and control[（421±87 pg/ml]. The serum level of survivn in patients with RA[（159±82）pg/ml]was increased significantly than that of the controls[（119±24）pg/ml]and were associated with X-ray stage. Conclusion We need further research to explore the relationship between TWEAK and RA. The serum level of survivin is associated with chronic erosive RA and maybe a target for new therapeutic approach of RA.
