胃火炽盛证诊断与评价指标体系的构建

摘　　要：目的:确定胃火炽盛证各证候指标在证候诊断指标与评价指标中的权重,为制定中医胃火炽盛证的诊断与疗效评价标准提供参考。方法:根据德尔菲(Delphi)法的方法与步骤,对胃火炽盛证的证候指标进行筛选,编制成胃火炽盛证的专家咨询问卷,以无记名的形式向全国20位专家征求意见,并应用SPSS16.0进行统计分析。结果共发放与回收两轮专家问卷。每轮回收有效问卷20份,专家积极系数为100%,平均权威系数为0.89,两轮的诊断指标专家一致性系数分别为0.498与0.422;评价指标的专家一致性系数分别为0.442与0.446,确定了胃火炽盛证诊断指标与评价指标中证候指标的组成及权重。结论:通过德尔菲法确定的胃火炽盛证的证候诊断与评价指标体系是科学的,可为中药新药临床试验中医胃火炽盛证的证候诊断与评价标准的制定提供参考。Objective： To determine the weight of each syndrome factors in syndrome of excessiveness of stomach-fire in diagnosis and evaluation indexes system, and to provide references to establish the diagnosis and evaluation indexes system. Method： according to the working method and steps of Delphi, each syndrome factor of syndrome of excessiveness of stomach- fire was analyzed and defined and a questionnaire was formed. We asked 20 specialists of related research domain in our country for suggestion anonymously and the result was analyzed by SPSS 16.0. Result： Two turns of questionnaires were distributed and received and we received 20 questionnaires each time. The specialist active coefficient was 100%.The average of authority coefficients is 0.89. The concordance coefficient in diagnosis system was 0.498 and 0.422 and 0.544 and 0.446 in evaluation system in two turns. Though the result we determined the component factors and its weight in diagnosis and evaluation indexes system of syndrome of excessiveness of stomach-fire. Conclusion： It was scientific to determine the diagnosis and evaluation indexes system of syndrome of excessiveness of stomach-fire by Delphi method, and the result can provide references for the establishment of the diagnosis and evaluation indexes system of syndrome of excessiveness of stomach-fire in new drug clinical trials.
