摘　　要：目的:研究不同频率电针对晚孕大鼠子宫收缩活动的影响。方法:选健康成年雌性晚孕Wistar大鼠66只,随机分为4个电针组(分别以2、20、50z、100Hz电针刺激)、正常对照组及妊娠对照组。于受孕第19d电针"合谷"穴、"三阴交"穴,同一对正负极连接同名穴,簇形波,强度以引起大鼠肢体轻微抖动为度,针合谷20min后,加针三阴交5min后起针。于子宫中段安放电极,通过肌肉张力换能器记录子宫收缩强度、频率,作为判断宫缩变化的指标。结果:50Hz组在起针后20min内,子宫收缩活动明显高于电针前(P<0.01),也明显高于其他3个电针组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺"合谷、三阴交"穴促分娩使用簇形波时,4组电针频率中50Hz电针促分娩效果最佳。Objective：To study the effect of electroacupuncture（EA）with different frequency uterine contractility in late-stage pregnant rats.Methods：A total of 66 late-stage pregnant Wister rats were randomized into 4 EA groups（with 2Hz,20Hz,50Hz and 100 Hz）,normal control group and pregnant control group with 11 cases in each group.EA was applied at LI4 for 20min firstly and then SP6 5min afterward with cluster wave at the intensity inducing slight tremor of rat’s feet.Two electrodes in 1 electric line were put on both LI4,and another line for both SP6.A muscular tension transducer was fixed to the mid-segment of the uterus for detecting the amplitude and frequency of the uterine contraction.Results：In 20min after removing needles,the uterine contractility in 50Hz group was significantly higher than that in other three groups and also higher than that before needling.Conclusion：When EA is applied at LI4 and SP6 with cluster wave for promoting labor,50Hz EA has the best effect.
