摘　　要：目的:观察肾衰养真胶囊(SSYZ)对慢性肾衰竭(CRF)营养不良大鼠血浆瘦素(LP)、神经肽Y(NPY)的影响。方法:5/6肾切除配合4%酪蛋白饮食制作CRF营养不良大鼠模型,造模成功后将大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、SSYZ组和开同组。灌胃4周。分别检测Scr、BUN、ALB、Hb,采用放免法检测血浆LP、NPY水平。结果:模型组血浆LP、NPY水平显著升高,SSYZ组血浆LP、NPY显著降低。结论:CRF营养不良大鼠存在高LP、NPY血症,SSYZ可下调血浆LP、NPY水平,从而改善CRF营养不良。Objective：To investigate the effects of Shenshuai Yangzhen Capsule（SSYZ）on Leptin（LP）,neuropepetide Y（NPY） in malnutrition rats with chronic renal failure（CRF）.Methods：SD rats were received 5/6 nephrectomy for preparation of CRF models,and fed 4%casein at the same time.The blood parameters,like serum albumin（ALB）,urea nitrogen（BUN）,serum creatinine（Scr）,haemoglobin（Hb） in CRF rats were determined.Those in condition were randomized into CRF control group,Ketosteril group,SSYZ group,and normal control group.After 4-week treatment as indicated,the blood LP,NPY in CRF rats were determined by radioimmunoassay.Results：Compared with those in the CRF group,the plasma LP,NPY concentrations in SSYZ group were significantly lower.Conlusion：SSYZ can improve malnutrition in rats with renal insufficiency possibly by reduce the level of blood LP,NPY.
