清肝养肺方治疗小儿激素吸入不敏感哮喘临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察清肝养肺方治疗小儿激素吸入不敏感哮喘的近期与远期疗效。方法:将109例患儿按随机数字表法分为中药治疗组和西医治疗组,经1个疗程(4个月)治疗后,比较其临床症状、体征和肺功能指标FEV1和PERF,并在停药6个月以后,再次观察其临床症状,体征和肺功能指标FEV1和PERF,并分别进行组间比较。结果:中药组仅在停药时反映哮喘肺功能的主要指标1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)及最大呼气峰流量(PERF)和总疗效均优于对照组,统计学处理有显著性差异;而且在停药6个月后,中药组FEV1及PERF和总疗效仍优于对照组;而对照组在停药6个月后疗效明显降低,肺功能主要指标FEV1及PERF下降,统计处理有显著性差异。结论:清肝养肺方治疗小儿激素吸入不敏感哮喘,其近期疗效与远期疗效均优于西药对照组,表明清肺养肺方治疗小儿激素吸入不敏感哮喘疗效显著且稳定持久,对于哮喘这种反复发作性的疾病治疗有独特优势,值得推广。Objective： To observe the short-term and long-term effect of Qinggan Yangfei Formula in treating children asthma insensitive to steroid. Methods： Randomly divide thel09 patients into TCM group and western medicine group. After a four-month treatment, a course, compare clinical symptoms, physical signs, and FEV1 and PERF, the indexes of pulmonary functions. After six months, observe those items again, and compare them between the two groups. Results： TCM group exceled the control group, the western medicine group, in FEV1 and PERE, which reflect the main indexes of lung functions in asthma patients, and the total efficacy at the end of treatment. There was a distinct difference in statistics. After six months, the main indexes, FEV1 and PERE, decreased in the control group in statistically significant difference. The TCM group still was better than the control group in FEV1 and PERE, and total efficacy. Conclusion： The short-term and long-term treatment of Qinggan Yangfei Formula treating for children asthma insensitive to inhaled steroid are effective than those of the western medicine group. The efficacy is stabe and persistent. This therapy is specific for recurrent asthma and worth to be promoted.
